14-Day Refund Policy
We want you to be confident when investing in your engineering skills at CodeCraft Academy. Remember that Hour 1 of every course is 100% free to watch before you buy.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If a single course or All-Access Pass does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, provided you have watched less than 35% of the paid course modules.
2. How to Request a Refund
Simply email support@codecraft.dev with the email address used at checkout or your Lemon Squeezy receipt number. Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, and typically appear on your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
3. Automatic Entitlement Revocation
When a refund is issued via Lemon Squeezy, our webhook handler automatically revokes access to the corresponding paid video modules and updates your order status in your student dashboard.
4. All-Access Pass Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your annual All-Access Pass renewal at any time from your Lemon Squeezy billing portal. After canceling auto-renewal, your All-Access Pass remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.
