Welcome to CodeCraft Academy. By accessing our websites, course curricula, video streams, or purchasing access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Course Access & Entitlements
When you purchase a single course or All-Access Pass, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream course videos and download project starter code archives for your personal engineering education.
2. Merchant of Record & Billing
All order checkouts, invoicing, currency conversions, and applicable regional sales taxes (VAT/GST) are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. Payments are billed in USD.
3. Intellectual Property
All video streams, lesson curricula, slides, and proprietary explanatory materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of CodeCraft Academy. You are fully permitted to use the project starter code and code you build during the course for your own commercial applications.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login session and access tokens. Sharing accounts or attempting to redistribute private video streams via automated scrapers is strictly prohibited.
